2.2 Remote-Only Services

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

4. Remote Online Services

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9.4 Indirect Damages
