All troubleshooting and support services are delivered remotely through live video conferencing, screen sharing, real-time chat, email-based support, and access to online troubleshooting guides.
While we strive to provide 24/7 online support, service availability may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our remote support services and may need to perform scheduled maintenance.
For quality assurance and training purposes, we may record video support sessions with your consent. You will be notified before any recording begins, and you have the right to decline recording.
Successful remote troubleshooting requires your active participation. You must be able to access your Ring doorbell physically, navigate your Ring app, access your WiFi router if necessary, and follow safety precautions when handling electronic devices.
We provide free troubleshooting guides, articles, and basic information about Ring doorbell issues on our website. Access to these resources does not require payment.
If we offer premium remote support services, fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit to the service. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and payment is required before or immediately after service delivery as specified.
Refunds for remote services may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service, technical issues on our end prevent service delivery, or the issue is beyond remote troubleshooting capabilities. Refunds are not provided for issues caused by user error or hardware failures.
We explicitly do not provide physical repair services. Our expertise is limited to remote troubleshooting, online guidance, and virtual support.
While we use our best efforts to resolve Ring doorbell issues remotely, we cannot guarantee that all problems can be fixed through online troubleshooting. Some issues may require a professional electrician, hardware replacement through Ring, or router replacement.
Our ability to help may be limited by Ring LLC firmware updates, internet service provider connectivity, WiFi router compatibility, or the age and condition of your Ring doorbell device.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party platform outages, Ring LLC server problems, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or Ring doorbell functionality.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT ALL RING DOORBELL ISSUES CAN BE RESOLVED REMOTELY.

You may stop using our services at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our staff, misuse our services, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
